The system shares a bright, modern and consistent look through-out the application and data flows between modules without requiring user re-entry. |

| NaviCare.net uses the latest stable Microsoft server stack of .Net 2.0, IIS web services, SQL server 2005, Sharepoint and Exchange (if required). It runs on Windows 98 through to Vista and installs on clients via your internal website without requiring administrative permissions. Clients automatically use the latest version which gives all of the benefits of a web application with the speed, responsiveness and reliability against brief network problems of a traditional desktop application. Once run initially, it can be started from the desktop, start menu or via the web. |

Overview of modules |

NaviCare.net includes:
- NaviCare.net Core – providing workflow, scheduling, contact management, document management and messaging functions. Core also provide technical services linking together other modules and enabling customisation and reporting
- NaviCare.net Care – stores your service user records including their stay information, assessments, history, care plans and additional information
- NaviCare.net Enquiries – records initial contacts with The Client and tracks progress through initial assessments, waiting lists, selection boards to placement
- NaviCare.net Meds – manages medication records and inventory, identifying problems. Meds can also provide mobile electronic MAR features
- NaviCare.net HR – Links to your existing HR system to provide managers with audit / update capability on their staff and ensure that POVA, POCA and CRB checks are up-to-date. Can also provide training records and self-service holiday management for staff

- NaviCare.net Invoicing - NaviCare supports complete multi-stream, multi funder, multi period billing in both gross and net forms. All forms of billing cycle from yearly to 4-4-5 are supported, including custom periods when required. In addition, mid period fee changes are automatically honoured, both for primary funders and the effect of changes of DSS on an LA or main funder.
- NaviCare.net Reports – based on the industry leading SQL Server reporting services, NaviCare.net reports are cross module and available from within the application, via the web and by direct email delivery
- NaviCare.net Home - provides home management capabilities to ensure risk assessments and other premises documents are up-to-date as well as providing a home diary so things aren’t missed
- NaviCare.net eTraining - used to deliver training on NaviCare.net itself, this module can also be used to deliver your existing online training courses including web pages, flash demos and quizzes that link directly to employee training records
